Therefor we create a pre-disaster system to detect of humans’ presence and can detect everytime until disaster occur. Final result of the system will be amount of people detected which then could be used to help SAR team. We need to create a system store for all informations from the detection system and the result is an application deployed on cloud server with 2 sub-system, that is; cloud database to store data and cloud application to process data. text
