Palembang City is a city with a fairly high economic development starting from 2014. With the high level of economic development, it increases the level of activity and the consumptive patterns of urban society. Consumptive pattern aims to meet the needs of diverse urban communities supported by the economic power of the community. The high level of community needs encourages the need for space or place to meet those needs. One of the facilities needed to meet these needs is a lifestyle centre that is able to accommodate the fulfilment of daily needs that are recreational, such as culinary needs, shopping, recreation and entertainment activities, as well as fulfilling people's lifestyle. The design project is the design of a lifestyle-based shopping centre building or lifestyle centre that focuses on a relaxed atmosphere with an outdoor concept that is quite strong and open-air and is creative. The project location is in the downtown service area (PPK) of Palembang City, precisely on Jalan Jend. Sudirman Number 147 with a land area of 10,437 m2. The concept of building in the form of a combination of relations between indoor and outdoor. The area of the building to be designed is approximately 40,682.1 m2 with an organic green building structure so that the structure of the building is dynamic and flowing. The scope of this Final Project generally includes the creation of Work Breakdown Structures, planning methods of covering the site plan and zoning, quantify the job volume, determine scheduling, project cost estimates, and project S curves.
