Kulon Progo International Airport is located in Kulon Progo Regency, Special Province of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The design of rainwater treatment at Kulon Progo International Airport is needed so that airports can operate optimally and make projects that are environmentally friendly by using the concept of rainwater harvesting and green infrastructure. The coastal protection design is needed to minimize the effects of coastal abrasion that occur on the south coast of the airport area. The design of the green infrastructure design produced 2 ponds with a total area of 10000 m2 with a depth of 6 m. The pool will receive runoff from the airport area which is transferred by 8 segments of the drainage channel. The water outlet from the pool is a sluice with a height of 3 m and a width of 1 m and a 10 mm pipeline of 625 units in each pool. The costs required for carrying out the construction are worth Rp. 9.963.629.432. Rainwater harvesting design requires a water treatment plant worth Rp. 9.963.629.432. This investation will reach payback period on 3th year and 6th month The coastal protection design produces groin structure requirements of 11 units with a length of 270 m each and the distance between groynes is 530 m. The costs required for the construction of groynes are Rp. 39.156,613,871.
