This Final Project reviewed the construction management aspects of Setiabudi 27 Apartment as one of the solutions for this current Bandung condition. The scope of this Final Project generally involves the creation of Work Breakdown Structures, planning of construction methods which include site plan and zoning, work volume calculations, scheduling based on productivity, and detailed cost estimation for preparatory work, ground work, lower structure work, upper structure work, water resource management work, transportation work, and also finishing. The determination of duration of work is done based on two factors that are based on the heavy equipment leads and the labor resources leads. Detailed cost estimation were made using two methods: unit price using SNI and Permen PU no. 28 2016 and resource enumeration. The Setiabudi 27 Apartment project is scheduled to be constructed from June 15, 2019 to October 12, 2020 for a total duration of 486 days or 1 year and 4 months. The project cost budget plan is Rp245.185.517.297,77 with a percentage of cost for the preparatory work of 0,278%, ground work 0,7024%, lower structure work 29,627%, structural work 20,903%, architectural work 38,324%, MEP work 9,946%, water resource management 0,0697%, and transportation management 0,1506%. text
