Description
Summary:Anjasmoro Soybean Variety is one of the superior local varieties which yields a yield of 2.03-2.25 tons / ha with a weight of 100 seeds 14.8-15.3 grams, and has an adaptive advantage in various environments and is resistant to lodging and rust. Plant water demand is an important role in soybean growth and can increase yield potential. Water functions as a mineral transport agent in the body of the plant, photosynthesis, evaporation and transpiration. This study aims to quantify changes in crop water requirements and the plant coefficient (Kc) of soybean var. Anjasmoro during the cultivation process recommended by Indonesian Legumes and Tuber Crops Research Institute (Balai Penelitian Tanaman Aneka Kacang dan Umbi or BALITKABI) for 13 weeks. Cultivation using inceptisol soil with the addition of 0 MST manure at a dose of 2 tons / hectare, 3 MST synthetic fertilizer in the form of 25 tons / ha urea, 50 tons / ha SP36, and 75 tons / ha KCl, as well as pest control using a matador insecticide with a dose of 1 mL / L and fungi using dithane dose of 3 gr / L. Cultivation is carried out using 2 plots containing 39 polybags each and 1 plot using 9 polybags to measure the water needs of plants with the actual evaporation measurement method by taking data every 2 days. The results showed that the water requirement during the initial growth period was quite low at 3.76 mm / day; increased during the period of continued growth namely 0.7734 mm / day-3.1129 30.94 mm / day; its peak in the flowering phase is 35.20 mm / day and decreases during the maturation period by 10.77 mm / day. Plants will have a different Kc value each phase of growth, the initial phase Kc value of 0.09; Kc advanced phase 0.3; Kc flowering phase of 0.5; and the maturation phase is 0.23.
