Cikarang is the largest industrial area in Southeast Asia. The distance from Tanjung Priok Port to the Cikarang Industrial Estate is ± 30 km. Container transportation which contains industrial raw materials for the Cikarang industrial area is still dominated by truck transportation so it is less efficient. CBL Inland Waterway is a water transportation cruise line in the form of a canal that functions to transport container logistics from Tanjung Priok Port to the Cikarang industrial area. The river bed elevation will increase as the canal is built upstream. Then we need an engineering in the form of a lock system so that ships can transport logistics further upstream. This lock system consists of 3 locations along the CBL canal flow. The lock system consists of a lock chamber and bywash. This channel system modeling uses HEC-RAS software to see the river flow behavior. Low discharge modeling is carried out by reviewing mainstay discharges as conditions that are reviewed against ship drafts. The criteria for container ships that can pass through the canal follows the planned ship from PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II, which has a capacity of 90 TEUs with a draft size of 2.8 meters, a length of 70 meters and a width of 12 meters. text
