design of the dock operations, the design of the cold storage operation, and tlte calculation of
capital costs and handling tarffi. The design of the dock operation is based on the zoning systent.
The zoning system that is used in this Final Project classify the dock into three areas, Llnloading
area, Resting area, and Supply area. Productivity is based on the existing operation. Addition of
Resting area in the north area of the fishery port is reqtdred in order to fulfill the zoning system.
The desigrt of cold storage operatiotts includes the design of cold storage area and the
detennination of horizontal transportation. The calailation of cost and tarffi includes the estimate
calctrlation of the addition resting nrea and tariff calculation for mloading areas based on the
equipment cost and calcutlation of operating and maintenance costs.the calailation of fishery port
handling costs and tarffi is done with a total proaretnent scenario and wwith an initial inyestrnent
as a loan with a payback of l0 years.
