This makes Tanjung Priok Port the busiest and most populous port in all of Indonesia. In this regard, the Jakarta International Terminal is targeting to increase the capacity of the pier to ± 2 million TEUs / year and the stacking field capacity to ± 3 million TEUs / year. The scope of the design of the pier operating patterns includes the design of a combination of berths at the pier, determination of the type and number of container loading and unloading equipment, calculation of productivity of loading and unloading equipment, and calculation of dock capacity while for designing the operating patterns in the stacking field including determining the orientation of the container stacking , determination of the type and number of stacking field set, stacking field productivity calculation, and stacking field capacity calculation. The designed container dock terminal is 2,404,904 TEU / year. Designing patterns of operation in the buildup field container stacking, determining the type and number of tools in the stacking field, calculating the productivity of the equipment in the stacking field, and calculating the capacity of the stacking field. The designed container stacking terminal capacity is 3,461,612 TEU / year. In addition there is a determination of horizontal transportation equipment requirements which includes determining the type and number of horizontal transportation equipment as well as calculation of capital costs and determination of container handling costs including calculation of total capital costs, calculation of total expenditure and income per year during the payback period, and determination of container handling costs text |
