Description
Summary:In this modern day, people are increasingly aware of the importance of sports. One popular sport in the community is football. The football field as an area of competition of course requires maintenance in order to continue to meet FIFA standards. One of the treatments in question is protection from the dangers of wild plants. In this final assignment document is presented the design and implementation of a heating system to kill wild plants on the football field. The heating system is used to kill wild plants on the football field and work like a CNC machine. The heating system consists of a heating drive subsystem and a heating subsystem. The heating drive subsystem consists of a stepper motor and its frame, while the heating subsystem consists of a relay and a 10W laser attached to the heating drive. The laser used is a blue burning laser with a wavelength of 450nm and a 10W power that can be adjusted. The heating system is able to kill wild plants by radiating heat on the stem to damage the tissue structure of plants with a maximum time of 10 seconds.
