CRITICAL WORK ORDER PRIORITIZATION FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTEANCE AT PT CROWD ENERGY IDONESIA

One of oil and gas company in Indonesia is PT Crowd Energy Indonesia (PT CEI). During production PT CEI transfer crude oil and natural gas using a networks of wells and pumps. For this industry, several challenges is faced to inefficiencies and equipment failures that could happened when well are operated. Loss production opportunity is associated with equipment due to inferior maintenance. Before the issue would be serious major, PT CEI uses maintenance preventive strategy. Preventive maintenance strategy prevents issue of equipment becoming more serious failure and leads to increase in loss production opportunity. In scheduling for inspection, manually download and planning process need to improve. Scheduling process done manually by the planner in determine work order prioritization and spend time 1 – 2 days. Planner spends time and effort to decide work order prioritization. This situation caused lead to certain delays and wasted resources availability. This research using 5 whys analysis to identify the root cause of the problem. From the root cause produce recommendation that recommends to develop an Information System using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating (SMART) method and supported by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in determine weight. Based on this research, the information system successfully provide the score in work order ranking.
