Summary:Loading-unloading cargo services in Tidore Kepulauan, province of Maluku Utara are carried out by Port of Sofifi. At first Port of Sofifi only designed for 1000 DWT vessels but with increasing volume of ship visits and loading-unloading sevices and also change in environmental condition of Sofifi waters which cause a lot of damage. So that, development of Sofifi port is needed to improve port operational activities so that it can serve port activities in accordance with the latest environmental condition and also the increase of loading-unloading services This Final Project about Design of Deck on Pile Cargo Dock in Sofifi Port, Kota Tidore Kepulauan, Maluku Utara, will discuss about design of dock and trestle structure based on criteria design that used as structural design requirements by considering environtment condition at the study location. The scope of design consists of determining the dock and trestle dimensions, structural modelling, structural reinforcement design, and calculation of soil capacity Structure modelling is analyzed by SAP2000 to determine the reliability of the structure of the loads that work. The result of the analysis is Unity Check Ratio, structure deflection, force in beam and plate, and structure reaction. UCR checking is for a reference of reliable and optimal structure design with values in the range of 0.7 to 1.0. Deflection checking is for structure serviceability aspect with a value below the deflection limit. Whereas, reinforcement ratio is for determining optimum cross-sectional area The result of this Final Project consists of dock layout design, structure dimension and element structural dimension of dock and trestle, detail of reinforcement based on working force, and design plan depth that can withstand structural reactions based on geotechnical data
