Land Value is strongly influenced by the economic behavior that occurs above it, the more economic behavior occured, the higher the value of the land. Average Indexing Value (NIR) is a reference used to determine Tax Object Sales Value (NJOP). By using NIR data, land value estimation will be carried out using Geostatistical approach. This approach is based on spatial aspects and the values of the attributes inherent in the spatial itself. The attributes used in this estimation are the average index value (NIR). This approach is carried out using several types, namely Gaussian, K-Bessel, J-Bessel, and Stable. The Geostatistical Approach with these types will produce an estimation model of land values which will then be analyzed based on the following conditions: (1) Standardized Root-Mean-Square Value approaches 1; (2) The value of the Mean Standardized approaches 0; (3) Root-Mean-Square Difference with Average Standard Error approaching 0 and (4) Value of Mean Standardized close to 0 (Articles 2008). After going through this process, the best type of Geostatistical approach will be obtained with the best estimation of land value model. text
