Concept of microfluidic is an integrated system in a micro size sample that can operates as well as conventional laboratory. Microfluidic becomes a very crucial thing because its capabilities of miniaturizing conventional laboratory to become lab on chip that is cheaper and more efficient. In this final project, microfluidic was used as a platform for a sample to react with electrodes placed inside the microfluidic. Microfluidic platform was made by using PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) and curing agent. The master for microfluidic was made by using acrylic that has been laser cut. The chamber for microfluidic was designed using Adobe Illustrator and then printed and cut using cutting sticker machine. Microfluidic was held together by magnets placed around it. Test was conducted by injecting liquids through the inlet using micropipette. During the process, it was observed that there is no leakage in the microfluidic. Microfluidic could be cleaned by opening its layer and wipe it out using aquades and ethanol. text
