Sanitation facilities' design and requirements in tourist-packed coastal tourism areas where the majority of visitors are local tourists needs to be considered. The activity and circulation patterns of sanitation facility users in the environment, especially in the south coast area of Pangandaran, are the focus of the study. Provision of facilities based on aspects of needs, physical and social habits and habits of users that can influence the behavior of other users to create better and wiser means for the facility. Problems with sanitation facility users in the coastal area provide technical perceptions of facilities and between private users of facilities owned by the government and private parties, the relationship between circulation patterns and visitor activities using the facilities seen from the function of facilities that have parciptable affordance, false affordance and hidden affordance based on direct perception on the facilities and determine which facilities are needed and which are not in each facility reviewed of various aspects of human behavior in adapting to their environment to meet needs, adaptation behavior of users of sanitation facilities will have an impact on the user's circulation patterns. These things will depend on the decision of the provider and manager in providing facilities to the facilities seen from the needs of prospective users. The analysis raised discusses affordance on circulation patterns can affecting the behavior patterns of users of sanitation facilities at Pangandaran beach. User convenience which includes cleanliness, lighting, room size, availability of facilities and circulation of space usage is the most important aspect in designing the provision of public facilities. The phenomenon of disgust in public sanitation facilities requires control of objects so that their availability is optimal viewed from the three-way aspect users, facilities and the environment. Circulation patterns and user behavior patterns that are appropriate will be made recommendations in designing public facilities in the coastal area.
