Description
Summary:The Belawan International Port or Belawan International Container Terminal (BICT) is the largest port in North Sumatra whose port operational lines are along the Straits of Malacca. Every years loading and unloading activities at BICT tend to increase at around 9.39%. Therefore at the Belawan International Port (BICT) efforts are needed to develop the port as soon as possible due to the operational activities of loading and unloading which are increasing every year. Port development work includes the expansion of the piling field in the form of a reclamation area of 400 meters long and 405 meters wide. To improve the subgrade, the preloading load method is used. In the design process of the reclamation, soil stability analysis, land subsidence analysis, and time rate planning are consolidated.
