The value of the benefits of bamboo can be used as a tourist attraction. The existence of bamboo tourism in Surabaya, Lumajang, Temanggung, Bali, China, and Japan is known to have contributed to sustainable tourism. Cibuntu Tourism Village (DWC) is a leading tourism village that has an attractive potential for bamboo tourism. This study aims to analyze the potential of bamboo tourism attractions, analyze bamboo tourism demand; develop development strategies, and design sustainable bamboo tourism. The research method used is descriptive analysis of the potential of tourist attraction, analysis of the demand for tourism functions; IE-SWOT-QSPM analysis to design a Business Model Canvas and the concept of sustainable bamboo tourism. Research results show the potential of DWC bamboo tourism attractions that can be developed are bamboo forests, Pojok Awi craft and art studios, and culinary processed bamboo shoots. The value of the travel cost coefficient on the demand function is positive meaning that if the cost of travel to DWC Bamboo Tourism increases it will result in an increase in the number of requests. The results of IE-SWOT-QSPM analysis show that the right strategic planning is to design the arrangement of areas and tourism activities, expand the area of land, add a variety of types of bamboo, arrange sustainable management, improve supporting facilities, and package tourism activities through tour packages. There are three tour packages offered, namely recreational tourism packages, educational tourism packages, and cultural tourism packages. text
