So that bamboo processing is needed that can increase the selling value due to an increase in the added value of raw materials to the product. This study aims to analyze the added value of bamboo processing businesses, identify factors that are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of bamboo processing businesses, and determine the strategy for developing bamboo processing businesses. Data is collected by interview and questionnaire. Analysis of added value of processed bamboo products is used by the Hayami Method. Determination of marketing strategies is done using SWOT analysis and QSPM. The results showed that Indonesian Bamboo Community produces bamboo products with three segments, namely musical instruments, fashion and culinary. Based on the analysis of value added calculations using the Hayami method, it was found that the ratio of value added in the Indonesian Bamboo Community bamboo processing business was greatest in the segmentation of musical instruments, amounting to 71.84%. The bamboo processing business in the Indonesian Bamboo Community is worth developing with an R / C value of 2.64 for musical instrument products, for fashion products of 2.57 and for culinary products of 2.50. Based on the value of internal factors and external factors, the development of bamboo processing business in the Indonesian Bamboo Community can be carried out market penetration and product development. The main strategies used for developing bamboo processing businesses are collaboration with qualified content creators and influencers in product marketing, collaboration with other product brands that already have an existence for domestic marketing, holding regular socialization about the benefits of bamboo products by holding events or exhibition. text |
