Summary:Rumah Amal Salman is a non profit institution in Bandung that actives in zakat movement which focuses on humanitarian and educational program. In supporting the business process, Rumah Amal Salman already uses an information system of web based financial application, that is ZAINS. However, as the developing institution, the architecture at Rumah Amal Salman is still not aligned to the view of leadership, business process, and IT system. There should be strategic planning between goals of the institution and the information system of Rumah Amal Salman to solve the problem. The first step is analyzing the business model and strategy of the institution. The second step is observing how the state of the information technology in the company today, the problems faced, and the needs of information technology in the future. The third step is creating data architecture design, application architecture, and technology architecture that suits to the purpose, business strategy and business process of the institution. The Model of enterprise architecture that will be developed needs to be adapted for the necessary of the institution. This research will focus on designing the enterprise architecture that uses customized models for Rumah Amal Salman by combining the methods of TOGAF ADM, ESIA and BTEP+COBIT. The results of this research contain the architectural solution for Rumah Amal Salman. It is hoped that the solution can be used by the institution as an initial input to the sustainability of the activities.
