In the Land Registration program (PTSL) held by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency (BPN) to provide legal certainty over land provided by the community. One of the stages in PTSL is physical data collection. The method used to obtain physical data is using the extraterestrial method. The most common method of surveyors carried out by surveyors in the registration of land parcels is the Real Time Kinematic (RTK) method. To do RTK measurements, a control point needs to be made as a RTK reference. This research will discuss the new control positioning method, the jump-frog method and the semi-RTK method. The jump-frog method is to use the results of the RTK measurement coordinates as a basic reference. The semi-RTK method is a method for determining the position of control points and carrying out measurements of parcels of land simultaneously. Both of this method will be applied to land parcel measurement as a test object. Data on the evaluation results are the coordinates in the projection plane (N, E) and the distance of each side of the parcel.
