Warehouse Operators as PT.Angkasa Pura II (Persero) (PT.AP II)’ stakeholders have function to store cargo and provide information regarding the status of updated stored, uploading-offloading cargo. As one of PT AP II’ subsidiaries, PT Angkasa Pura Kargo (PT APK) is assigned to collect data and revenue sourced from JKP2U fare which belong to PT AP II as Airport Administrator. The process is done by placing the cashier in each of 9 warehouse operators to verify and submit all hard-copy invoices data through PT APK’ system called JKP2U Collection System. Since the collection process for JKP2U fare is done manually, PT AP II as airport administrator does not have cargo movement and revenue data in real-time that makes there is possibility of potential loss of PT Angkasa Pura II’ revenue at SHIACT.
