Summary:PT Cahaya Perada Abadi is a Small Medium Enterprise that is involved in fashion industry located in the city of Bandung that is having a problem in the form of declining sales and lack of business growth. The declining sales has caused losses for the enterprise, so there is a high urgency to immediately make improvements. There are several conjectures of the cause, so the objectives of this research are analyzing the overall condition of the enterprise, prioritizing the problem, and designing intervention to solve the prioritized problem. Therefore, the model of organization development is conducted for the overall analysis and designing improvements. The steps of organization development taken in this research are entering and contracting, diagnosing organizations, diagnosing groups and jobs, collecting and analyzing diagnostic information, feeding back diagnostic information, and designing interventions. In designing interventions, the direction of change is obtained through organization growth stage identification. The priority problem obtained from diagnosing organizations, groups, and jobs are system and process and strategy. Interventions designed to overcome these problems are strategic interventions, in particular is organization design by formulating strategy and technostructural interventions, in particular is work design. Based on the organization growth stage identification, the company is currently in the stage of entrepreneurial and collectivity. Therefore, the output of this research are strategy that can be implemented by the enterprise, it is sales & marketing strategy. System and process of sales and marketing also begin to be made into procedures, contribute to the success of enterprise, and aim for growth to make the enterprise grow to collectivity stage entirely.
