| Summary: | This research in general is to find the right coastal protection structure recommendation in Pondok Bali Beach, Subang District, West Java Province. In this research, planning and design of coastal protection structure is devoted to protect the beach from erosion by the sea waves. This erosion which causes shoreline changes at Pondok Bali Beach can lead to dissapearence of the resident’s agricultural lands and fish ponds. Problem which is happening in Pondok Bali urgently needed attention because it could cause loss of material and even death. In order to simulating the changes of the shoreline, author uses GENESIS software and makes few scenarios then obtained the right coastal protection structure. The results of this research show the coastal protection system in the form of Bulkhead or vertical wall, policies after the protection is built, and mitigation efforts when a natural disaster or structure collapse occurs.
