The low popularity for Rafflesia is a barrier to increase the conservation. With the incorporation of songket weaving techniques in processing Rafflesia flower motifs on textiles, it is expected to open the opportunities to re-introduce the importance of preserving this endemic Indonesian flower. Weaving is a national identity that will continue to adhere. The author takes the songket weaving technique as a process of making works that represent the identity of the Rafflesia and in the realm of Indonesian crafts. The motifs that are on the weaving usually represent where the weaving originates, and in this study also applied the same thing so that the image of the flower itself can be better known through the medium of textiles especially weaving.
