The purpose of this final project is to design the retaining wall dan foundation of the shopping center structure. Soil excavation for the basement is supported by a diaphragm wall system and prestressed ground anchor. Analysis was calculated using PLAXIS 2D with Mohr-Coulumb soil model. The diaphragm wall has 20 meters depth of penetration and thickness is 0.6 meters with the anchors mounted at elevations of -3 meters and -7 meters that are given prestressing force. The foundations are designed using bored pile type with calculation of the axial bearing capacity of the single pile, determination of lateral capacity of single pile using LPILE, group pile analysis using GROUP, settlement analysis using manual calculation and SETTLE3D modeling, and analysis of reinforcement requirements using SPColumn. text
