Urban Escape Waterfront Lifestyle Center is one of among building which can be functioned as shopping and recreation center in Cakung, East Jakarta. This building will be built on the land area of 22.140 m2 with 46.187,09 m2 of total building area. This Final Assignment will provide a discussion about Urban Escape Waterfront Lifestyle Center construction planning. The scope of this final assignment generally will be including the making of project Work Breakdown Structures, construction method planning, work volume calculation, project schedule planning which depends on work productivity, and detailed cost estimation of the project. This project will be divided into 5 major work that is preparation work, soil work, lower structure work, upper structure work, and drainage and water resource work. Project execution will be of Urban Escape Waterfront Lifestyle Center will be finished in 585 working days or 682 days of the calendar, starting on August 5th, 2019 and finish on Juny, 16th 2021. The estimated budget plan of the project is Rp142.732.743.652,-.
