The study aims to evaluate the performance of traffic in existing conditions at roundabout using Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia and Vissim’s micro simulation model. Propose two geometric scenarios oval roundabout and turbo roundabout used in the study and analyzed using Vissim micro simulation. Vissim micro simulation is used to compare the performance analysis of existing roundabouts, oval roundabout and turbo roundabout scenarios, based on existing traffic conditions and improved traffic flow by 11%. Obtained the results of existing condition that were analyzed by the MKJI 1997 method, obtained the value of DS has exceeded the specified value. Vissim micro simulation is used for existing conditions and the two of scenarios, the results are compared using existing condition as a reference. From the Vissim micro simulation with the value of the performance of traffic delays, travel time and maximum queue length, it was concluded that the geometry scenario of the oval roundabout was better in improving performance at the Cibiru roundabout. By proposing scenario turbo roundabout at the Cibiru roundabout, the resulting travel time and queue length is greater than the existing conditions, there is a change in the width of entry and exit to enter into the roundabout and unbalanced traffic flow for direction of movement. So that this turbo roundabout geometric scenario cannot be recommended in improving Cibiru roundabout traffic performance. text
