The development of transportation infrastructure will lead to change alternative route at inter-zone movements, so that will affect to performance of the road network, both directly affect and indirectly affect as a result of development, especially for the Kiaracondong - Buah Batu. The Overpass development is not necessarily able to solve the problem or queue length on the road network in Overpass area. Therefore need an analysis to identify alternative configurations and found out the configuration of urban overpass which provide the best traffic performance improvements. Network Database area in this study is Bandung totals 161 zones with 151 internal zones and 10 external zones. The focus of the study and analysis is road network at the Kiaracondong and Buah Batu intersection area. For modeling Bandung road network use the SATURN (Simulation and Assignment Traffic to Urban Road Networks) Software. Conceptually the basic model of SATURN has seven main functions. The first three functions are concentrated on getting traffic flow on the network and four last functions are generally related to network analysis that has been overburdened. Based on the results of network modeling Kiracondong-Buah Batu Overpass, configuration 1 was chosen with a value of 0.259 which was priority 2. Overall development had a positive impact on the performance of the road network. This is indicated by the declining value of V / C ratio. It is not only the road network that has a positive impact, but also aspects of roads, intersection simulations, and costs with BCR indicators. text |
