Summary: | This final project is proposed to design transportation facilities at The Bandung Arts and Culture Center which accommodates visitors up to 1500 visitors. The scope of design includes the parking space, the pavement of road access, and the drainage system. Traffic management is also considered to maintain high performance of traffic conditions. The parking space designed for 184 cars and 155 motorcycles with 90° configuration and the access road pavement is designed with the flexible pavement with 500 mm thickness. The traffic conditions are modeled based on the microsimulation model using VISSIM PTV 11. Modeling is proposed to simulate the traffic, analyze the intersection performance, and intended to look for alternative traffic management at the intersections. Validation process considers driver behavior and vehicle volume through the GEH statistical test. The solution of traffic management is decreasing the cycle time of traffic light in the Laswi road and to move the exit gateway from Jalan Sukabumi to Jalan Laswi. Drainage system design with a u-ditch model in 3 variants. The overall transportation facilities do the design of work implementation methods that scheduling in 7 days and spend cost Rp 2.168.000.000. |
