| Summary: | The sonstruction project of Urban Escape Waterfront Lifestyle Center Jakarta is
located in Jakarta Garden City, Cakung, East Jakarta as one solution by combining
shopping and recreation centers in the same location. This project consist of two
buildings with curvy shapes and steps with 4 floors each with 2 bridges and 3
basement floors. The design of management aspects and construction engineering
have an important role in the process of implementing a project's construction. The
design of management aspects and construction engineering includes the method of
construction implementation, project scheduling and estimated construction costs.
The method of construction generally uses a bottom-up method which include
structure of the retaining wall around the basement excavation so the basement
excavation uses the opencut method. The building structure uses reinforced
concrete structures while the bridges use steel structures. By using this method, the
work consists of preparatory work, earth work, lower structural work, upper
structural work and drainage work. The project starts on July 27, 2019 until July
23, 2021 with a total duration of 624 days. The Value of the Budget Plan for this
Project is Rp. 208,035,224,450, or Rp. 3,977,683, - / m2 |
