| Summary: | Urban Escape Waterfront Lifestyle Center is a building functioned as
shopping and recreation center. It is located on the edge of an artificial lake in
Cakung, East Jakarta. The main structure consists of two building with four stories
of upper structure and three stories of basement each. The main structure is
connected by two connecting bridge, each has 24 meter and 32 meter in length.
Quake resistant system used in the structure is dual system, which consists
of Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRFS) and Special Structural Walls
System (SSWS). The main structure designed by using ETABS and the connecting
bridge designed by using SAP2000. Material components of the main structure is
mainly reinforced concrete while the material components of the connecting bridge
is mainly steel frame structure.
This final assignment will provide the steps of design such as: structural
modelling, structural analysis, main structure elements detailing (reinforced
concrete structure) and bridge structural joint detailing (steel structure). The
designing proccess will refers to SNI 1726:2012 of quake resistant structure design,
SNI 2847:2003 of reinforced concrete structure design, and SNI 1729:2015 of steel
structure design.
