| Summary: | Pangalengan Dairy Farmer Activity and Community Center departs from the Pangalengan issue as an area for Indonesian cow milk producers. The dairy farmers in Pangalengan still using traditional methods in terms of care, production, distribution, and marketing. This issue somewhat impacts on the inability of farmers to meet national milk demand. There are several factors that affect their inability, some of them are knowledge, technology, and the market. This inability also has an impact on various social and economic aspects in farmers' communities. Therefore, this facility collaborate with Farmer Communities, Entrepreneurs in the Dairy Industry, Academics, and the Public as main user. The Dairy Farmer Activity and Community Center intend to bridge every element in local dairy industry, into closed ecosystem while still keeping the local value of Pangalengan. |
