WILLINGNESS TO USE BIKE SHARING STUDY (CASE STUDY: BOSEH BANDUNG CITY)

Bike sharing is one of the development of transportation with the concept of sustainable transportation. Ease of access, integrated bicycle lanes, good facilities and systems are the main factors that need to be considered to stimulate people to switch from private vehicles to bicycles or public transport (shifting mode) for short-distance travel. If these main factors are not provided properly, then the community will be less interested in using BOSEH bike sharing. The purpose of this research in general is study of willingness to use bike sharing BOSEH of the community. This study also has a sub-objective, namely the evaluation of factors that influence the community whether or not they want to use bike sharing, the development of sharing mode models, one of which is the bike and evaluation bike sharing BOSEH in Bandung based on survey results, usage data and data station. The results show that the user's health conditions, traffic conditions, comfort, rates, security and safety, facilities, environmental conditions, travel time, weather and ease affect the willingness to use bike sharing. To develop BOSEH bike sharing that must be improved are operational hours, registration procedures and the availability of bicycle lanes. Regarding the use of bike sharing, people use it as a means for recreation / tourism and for sports.
