The material component is reinforced concrete for the main structure and structural steel with bolted joints on the roof frame structure. The designed structure is classified as seismic design category D which is designed with special moment resisting frame and ordinary concentrically braced frames. The objectives of this thesis are to create structural model, analyze the structural behavior, provide dimension of concrete structure with the detail of reinforcement for main structure, and checks the capacity of steel structure elements with the detail of steel joints for roof frame structure. On the planning, the Sriwijaya Grand Mosque structure is designed for earthquake resistant building. Sriwijaya Grand Mosque structure planning involves literature studies and structural modelling. The dynamic analysis and structural design refers to Indonesia national standard, SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1727-2013, SNI 1729-2015, and SNI 2847-2013. Several engineering software are used to execute structural analysis and design, including ETABS 2016 and SAP 2000. text |
