Summary:This final assignment specifically design the structural part of a multi-storey building in Bekasi. The main function of this building is a residential area which has 27 floors with a height of 82 meters above sea level. This building also has 2 floors of basement with a depth of 6 meters. In designing process of this multistorey building using standards that apply in Indonesia, namely the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) which became a reference in structural planning, namely for earthquake resistant building design and structural analysis based on SNI 1726: 2012, building design design based on SNI 1727: 2012, and reinforcement design and detailing of structural elements based on SNI 2847: 2013. This building is classified as a Seismic D Design Category according to the land category and acceleration around the building site, so that the earthquake barrier system used is a dual system, which consists of a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK) and Special Structural Wall System (SDSK). This structure will be built with Earthquake Resistant Buildings concept. ETABS 2016 software is used for the structural modelling with earthquake analysis procedures is the analysis of modal spectrum response. For the cross section modeling and column reinforcement detailing are using PCACOL software, for shear wall reinforcement detailing using CSICOL software, and for plate reinforcement detailing using SAFE software.
