| Summary: | Data is fundamental for decision making for the government, community, and other instance. The Indonesian government, as the one who have a lot of data started to make their data open altogether with the emergence of One Data Initiative. The quality metrics used by the initiative is accurate, open and interoperable. However, the interoperability of currently published data by various instances of Indonesian government is not quite good. One of the problems is the varied way to express a same value. Therefore, the reusability and aggregation of the data becomes hard to be done. This happened because of the way to express a sama value differ from one data to another data. The problem of varied expression of a same value can be done with providing a public reference data that updated regularly along with the growth of the reference data. Data creation processes can also be assisted with tools that suggest appropriate and standardized value for the data. To standardized currently existed data, a data standardization tools can be built. After implementation and evaluation, it can be concluded that with the availability of public reference data according to the stated requirements, supporting tools to standardize currently existed data and to ensure data creation consistency can be built with the help of reference data. The data creation tools can also slightly increase the speed of data creation. |
