Econophysics explains that a complex and dynamic stock market turns out to be related to physics, namely the interaction of agents and atoms at the micro level. Economic bubbles refer to a situation where the price of a product or asset in a market segment, for example a stock, experiences a price increase beyond the limits of reasonableness, and occurs in a relatively short time. If this economic bubble continues, the stock price will continue to rise, so that at one point it will end with the 'bursting' of the bubble. The event of the bubble burst is called a crash. This study aims to identify bubble and crash of property stocks in Indonesia using the Minimum Spanning Tree method. The results of this study produce a map of property stock networks, correlation coefficients and Normalized Tree Length. The average correlation coefficient value throughout 2016-2018, ranges between 0,1031-0,2014. This shows that property stocks observed in this study do not have a very strong correlation, whether it is both positive or negative correlations. Therefore, the movement of property stocks in Indonesia during the observation period, namely 2016-2018 is still in the normal stage, and there are no signs of bubble phenomena or crashes. text |
