The KSA wants to improve the evaluation and monitoring of employee productivity calculations. Therefore, research regarding to design of calculation tools and employee productivity monitoring is conducted. This research’s methodology adopts the methodologies used in the design of information systems which starts with the identification of the scope, then problem analysis, identification of system requirements, process modeling and database, and the design of the user interface. The results of this study were prototypes designed for calculating and monitoring employee productivity. Tool design developed can meet the system improvement objective which is to facilitate the calculation of employee productivity, integrate information between division needed to monitor and evaluate employee productivity.
