patients in the world and West Java is the fourth highest HIV cases in Indonesia. Among the
groups of infectious diseases, the burden of diseases caused by HIV was the highest increase of
21.15%. Factors that influence inadherence of HIV patients in the use of ARV therapy are the
internal factors include: knowledge, behavior, self-image, consideration of cost and time losses
during treatment, demographics, and attitudes towards treatment. While the external factors
include: limited access of communication with health professional, drug regimens (duration of
treatment, side effects, the number of drugs that need to be consumed, etc.), social support
from health workers or family, and the presence of Drugs Supervisors (PMO). Flo. Apps
developed with the aim of helping HIV patients and the general public to get information
about HIV-AIDS and access to pharmacists as drug therapy monitoring and help HIV patients to
be adherence in ARV regimen with alarms and reminders of visits to health service providers
that serve HIV. Within 30 days of usage, there are 80.41% of HIV patient users who accessed
apps online at least three times. In short, Flo. Apps has given direct benefits to both users of
patient groups and general public groups. This search shows the satisfaction level of service
quality that Flo. has presented is counted to reach 93.99 ± 2.64% with CV value reach at 2.80%.
