Planning for apartment development is based on drawings that have been designed by the architect. The construction engineering aspect will be planned for excavation design, design of heavy equipment lifting, dewatering design and tower crane foundation design. Basement excavation work is carried out in three stages of excavation by taking into account the stability of the slope under the most critical conditions. Slope stability analysis is carried out using a finite slope ordinary method of slices analysis. Design of lifting equipment pays attention to accessories and heavy equipment loads to be lifted. Heavy equipment will be removed from the excavation area using a crawler crane. On the excavation will be carried out dewatering to maintain the condition of the excavation to keep it dry. The drainage channel used is square. The dewatering pump to be used is an automatic pump with a discharge capacity of 350L / min and a head capacity of 22m. for tower cranes having a diameter of 60cm with a depth of 31 m from the ground surface text |
