Material and Methods: Extracts were produced from reflux method using ethanol 70% as solvent and their antifungal effects on Candida albicans and Microsporum gypseum using pour plate technique were evaluated by disk diffusion agar well and bioautography method. The difference in inhibition zone diameters were evaluated. Determination of compounds contained in extracts carried out by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC). Results: Azadirachta indica leaves of 70% ethanolic extract showed antifungal activity against Microsporum gypseum by agar well method and negative in disk diffusion method meanwhile Candida albicans showed negative in disk diffusion method and positive towards agar well method. The bioautography method showed fugistatic activity against Candida albicans. Thin layer chromatography revealed that extract contained flavonoid, saponin, steroid, triterpenoid, and alkaloid. Conclusion: The ethanolic extract of neem leaves (Azadirachta indica) effective against Candida albicans and Microsporum gypseum. text
