Summary:Increasing the number of populations in DKI Jakarta makes the need for land in housing development and other infrastructure also increasing, this causes the lack of land for the development of public spaces that needed by the community as a place for social interaction especially for women, children and other vulnerable groups. The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta responds to the problem of the need for public space by providing an Integrated Child-Friendly Public Space (RPTRA) as one of the urban facilities since 2015. RPTRA provision that conducted to achieve a Child-Friendly City also facing the lack of land in DKI Jakarta. The provision of RPTRA is carried out by making public policies in the form of regional regulations, governor regulations and governor decrees. The only Regional Regulation managing RPTRA is Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2018 concerning DKI Jakarta Province RPJMD Year 2017-2022. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The evaluation method used is a formal evaluation method according to William N Dunn (2018). The objective of this research is to find out the performance of RPTRA provision program in DKI Jakarta. The data used in the form of primary data from interviews and observations and secondary data in the form of policies, theories, and data from relevant agencies. The determination of criteria and indicators is determined in the provision of RPTRA in DKI Jakarta Province to assess the performance of the RPTRA provision program. According to the public policy identification results of the DKI Jakarta Province's RPTRA provision policy, it can be concluded that the public policies issued by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government are still binding in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government so that the participation of the private sector, academics and the people of DKI Jakarta is not clearly structured. Based on the evaluation results, the public policy for the provision of RPTRA still feasible to be classified as a good and effective program. There are 10 out of 15 indicators from six criteria for evaluating RPTRA provision in DKI Jakarta have encouraged Jakarta to achieve a Child-Friendly City.
