In addition, there are issues related to the acceptance of the Sayurbox mobile application in the community. This is shown in the survey results which indicate that respondents still tend to buy grocery traditionally This study aims to determine the main factors that influence user intentions, evaluate usability, and provide improvements needed to improve usability and user acceptance in Sayurbox mobile application. Usability evaluation is done in the form of usability testing, namely performance measurement and retrospective think aloud. Usability evaluation was carried out on 48 participants who were divided into six groups based on their age and usage experience. User acceptance evaluation is based on technology acceptance model (TAM) in the form of a questionnaire for 122 participants. Result indicates that the main factor influencing the intention to use Sayurbox mobile application was perceived usefulness (PU). The registration feature has good effectiveness, efficiency, learnability and there are 3 significant problems while the ordering feature has poor effectiveness, efficiency, and learnability and there are 8 significant problems. User is quite satisfied with Sayurbox. The study proposed 4 improvements for the registration feature and 11 improvements for the ordering feature. text |
