Description
Summary:PT Berau Coal is a public coal mining company in East Kalimantan that has a plan to do activity optimization in coal storage that exists in WIUP. Based on Kepmen ESDM number 1827 K/30/MEM/2018, the analysis toward probability of slope’s landslide need to be done in order to decide whether the slope is safe or not. This research is done to determine the value of landslide’s probability toward the general slope’s design that already created and to decide slope’s design that’s safe from landslide which will optimize the storage amount in WIUP that is owned by PT Berau Coal. Probability analysis analyzed by using goodness of fit test with a method called Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Akaike Information Criterion test toward cohesion, phi, and natural unit weight. Based on goodness of fit test, the best distribution will be selected that create input parameter which consists of average value, standard deviation, relative maximum and relative minimum which will be the input paramater on Monte-Carlo simulation method with software Slide 6.0. According to the processed data, for overall slope A has landslide’s probability value (PK) of 0% and safety factor value (FK) of 1.48. Overall slope C has landslide’s probability value (PK) of 0% and safety factor value (FK) of 1.663. Overall slope D has landslide’s probability value (PK) of 0% and safety factor value (FK) of 2.145. These result shows that all slopes that have PK below 5%, which are overall slope A, overall slope C, and overall slope D, can be considered as safe for all landslide’s levels. Thus, it can be stated that based on Kepmen ESDM number 1827K/30/MEM/2018, all PT Berau Coal’s slope desain are safe geotechnically since they have PK of 0% and FK > 1.3.
