A third of national energy comsumption comes from a household sector. Electricity becomes basic needs by urban and rural people. Geographical conditions is one of the most obstacle in electricity supply. Renewable energy can be a solution because it utilizes local energy potential. In Dusun Bondan, Desa Ujung Alang, Kabupaten Cilacap, there are household who get access to electricity by renewable energy. Energi Mandiri Surya dan Angin (E-MAS) was given by Pertamina RU IV Cilacap that generate electricity up to 10 kWh (20 household). The study objective was to analyze benefit of E-MAS in Dusun Bondan. This research involved quantitative and qualitative data. The result indicate that use of E-MAS provides a significant difference at lighting and television use. Better lighting makes children study more at night and bring security. Expanded use of television provide more information, entertaiment, and knowledge about health improvement. This research also measure benefit in monetary terms. Benefit value of better lighting in the amount of Rp 1.273.271,- (kerosene user) and Rp 12.064,- (PLN user). Benefit value of greater of television use in the amount of Rp 1.816.868,-.
