The potato of Banjarnegara Regency which has these advantages turned out to be always in a state of decline, and with the community's interest in the agricultural sector that is low and unsustainable land makes commodities as a economic base need to be maintained in order to be able to achieve the objectives of the concept of local economic development. The development of agribusiness systems that develop agriculture is broader than just the agricultural sector, but integrates upstream to downstream activities including the processing industry, its marketing and upstream industries are expected to be able to increase the bargaining power of potato growers, increase production, and efficiency and provide a multiplier effect on other sectors, however, this needs to be balanced with collective activities that combine small and separate farmer units and transform individual management into joint management. so that in this study conducted research to identify each joint management function in each agribusiness subsystem, to determine the ability of the Banjarnegara district to maintain its base commodity. Using two case studies as a tool to see the effect of agribusiness collectivity on achieving the LED goals, it turns out that the two cases chosen did not have sufficient agribusiness collectivity in sustaining the potato commodity in crisis, instead the fact was found that differences in productivity in the two cases were caused by physical factors (nature), but even though nature is in good condition if it is not accompanied by collective agribusiness activities it cannot last forever and even decreases. text |
