The development of the aviation world is also followed by the development of the Employee of the company. Until now PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) manages 16 (sixteen) airports and has 4 (four) subsidiaries. Therefore, employee data really needs to be managed properly by the human capital unit and becomes very important in helping the running of a company. In 2013 PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) began to use the SAP system in its various work functions. And also began to apply the SAP Human Capital Management module which is expected to make single database and processing employee administration can be done quickly, real time and can be accesed anywhere. In its development the company also experienced various changes in business processes that indirectly affect business process in human resources management of the company. And unfortunately the SAP Human Capital Management module has not met the expextations. Modules are also very limited to change. Even for reporting, it can be done to the desired format. And per report has a different program naming so that the HCM Admin User speds a lot of time working on administrative matters and take sa long time to make 1 (one) data report. Supporting applications carried by SAP ESS (Employee Self Service) and FIORI do not much in resolving demand for changes in business processes that occur and the companymust provide a user licence budget for able to access the application. To access SAP outside the office network, the company have to go through a VPN application, so sometimes the network is unstable and disconnected. In 2018 the directorate of Human Capital, General Affairs & IT also made a Human Capital Management System position to become PIC in development of the SAP HCM module. But due to the limited knowledge and programming language of the HCM Admin User, the company must use help of the consultants to assist in doing changes and errors that occur and need high cost to pay the consultant. Therefore PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) needs to make a new information system to change the SAP HCM Modul, or minimally build and develop new front end application that is more attractive in appearance, can facilitate the work of the HCM Admin User, easy to make changes with general programming language and can be accessed more easily anywhere. So it need to make HC Portal the new front end application to replace the SAP default front end application. Which is expected to be more helpful and speed up the data processing, because it is made with more attractive and easier design than SAP frontend application, beside that its need the support from the top management of the Human capital, GA & IT directorate to build and develop the new front end together. text
