The creative economy attract attention because it becomes a meeting point for creativity, culture, economy, and technology that creates economic value added and employment. Contributions in the economy in Indonesia are increasing from year to year. The creative industry in Indonesia has root in culture and social life in Indonesia. In which the development of creativity by utilizing local knowledge that is rooted in cultural prorperty that has been passed down from generation to generation. Tamansari Cyber Village is located in the middle of the Tamansari cultural-historical site in Yogyakarta. It is part of the historical heritage palace during the Islamic Mataram Kingdom. It is currently a tourist destination. Making batik as an art and cultural activity that is a source of economic earnings in the community. The community independently apply information technology in their area since 2008 by connecting internet network which was still expensive at taht time. It is interesting to examine how interactions of creativity, culture and technology occur in the society. The theoretical approach used in this research is the actor-network theory to explore the relationships that are formed. The creative economy in Cyber Village is formed from the intertwining of traditional networks, tourism networks and technology networks. The technology network formed by the installation of an internet network that is connected between people's homes in Kampung Cyber has an influence in helping to expand the network connection of citizens not only inside the village, but also outside to cover the whole world. Internet networks also open citizen’s' access to new knowledge and skills that can create new creative ideas. The development of a creative industry is not enough to simply form an existing network (tradition-tourism-technology), but there must be efforts to increase added value in every stage of the creative industry starting from the creation to conservation. Technology in this case is only a small part of the network of actors that needs to be created..
