The advance of information technology was brought into a high impact in society practices. An increasing of demand in internet connectivity and smartphone are signed how IT nowadays have a close relation with human daily interaction. Because of that, digital services expand and offer an advantage to society. There are any big enthusiasm to digital business, which seen in the popularity of ride hailing or motorbike taxi with online-based platform Gojek in Indonesia. The presence of ride hailing brings a contribution to the increase of wealth, productivity, and innovation. But, in the other way, society acceptance due to this digital phenomenon became bias. The social impact and all controversies about ride hailing still not to be considered in policy maker. This research will explore the fact of side impact ride hailing with an actor-network theory as a method of approach. By using of composing perspective, this research will trace the translation between actants, their translation among human, non-human, digital, or non-digital and others material in independent way. The result opened a further multi-discipline discuss about the development of digital services in Indonesia.
