This point is really critical and has to be well managed, because the insurance company will collapse if the claim amount from insured exceed the company’s reserve. This Final Project will provide the claim’s approach using some heavy tail distribution, especially log-logistic, log-normal and Burr distribution. Finally the purpose of this Final Project is to determine the financial reserves of a motor vehicle insurance company. |
