| الملخص: | Reserve plays important role in a lot of insurance company. Reserve is amount of money which is used to cover up some needs in that company. From data, the claim will be modified so that we can determine its distribution using goodness of fit test which is Chi-square test. This point is really critical and has to be well managed, because the insurance company will collapse if the claim amount from insured exceed the company’s reserve. This Final Project will provide the claim’s approach using some heavy tail distribution, especially log-logistic, log-normal and Burr distribution. Finally the purpose of this Final Project is to determine the financial reserves of a motor vehicle insurance company. |
