Fever is a common condition that occurs primarily in toddler. Treatment of fever in toddler is highly dependent on the role of parents, especially mothers. Different knowledge of mothers will result in the different way of mothers to manage the fever in toddler. In Batununggal Subdistrict, one of the most densely populated area in Bandung, the amount of incoming patient caused by fever symptoms to “Integrated Management of Children Disease Department”in Ibrahim Adjie Puskesmas was high. Therefore, this research was aimed to find out the relationship between the level of maternal knowledge about the fever and the management of fever in their toddler. This research is an observational study with cross sectional approach. Subjects were mothers of toddler who suffered fever or had been ill with fever in Ibrahim Adjie Puskesmas. Data was collected from January to April 2017 using a structured questionnaire that has been tested. Data was analyzed by Spearman Correlations test in SPSS ver 20. The total of respondents in this study were 54 mothers with an average age 31.8±6,96 year. They are mostly a housewife (77.7%) with standard level of incomes. Most of the respondents were moderate educated and have good initiative to find information related fever. There were 35.2% of respondents who had low knowledge about fever, 55.5% moderate and 9.3% high. About 82% and 18% of total respondents have good and bad managenet of fever, respetively. There is significant relationship between mother's level of knowledge about the fever with the management of fever in toddler with a p value of 0.001 and indicating a quite strong correlation with correlation coefficient value 0.520.
